Led Noise Collective is an LLC owned by Izzy Izix and Luid Astute. It is the company that owns the mastering rights and publishing rights to the Led catalog. -

Luid Astute and Izzy Izix are co-owners and each own half of their record label and publishing company “Led Noise Collective LLC” which was established in January 2026.

Led Noise Collective has replaced Acetoxizix, which was a micro-label, which was less of a business and a placeholder label for the projects of Izzy Izix and Led.

Since then Izzy Izix has retired the Acetoxizix name and replaced it with Led Noise Collective, since Led Noise Collective LLC is an actual registered LLC that publishes their music and Acetoxizix was a simple placeholder.

Led has used UnitedMasters as their distributor since 2022 and in January 2026 became a UnitedMasters partner and signed an exclusive distribution deal. The UnitedMasters Partner tier of membership is an invite-only, membership for independent artists offering personalized, hands-on support from an in-house artist relations team. Despite signing a deal with UnitedMasters Led Noise Collective still retains 100% ownership of their mastering rights.
